I updated my Xbox game pass core to Ultimate two days ago. I only have one Microsoft account

First when i go into World of Chel i see this screen (no offers available go back)
Then after that i get this saying i need to have Xbox game pass
I have Xbox game pass ultimate

I am having the exact same issue, tried uninstalling, unlinking my ea from my Xbox and relinking, nothing worked

Did you also change from Xbox game pass core to Ultimate? I think that's when it happend for me

2a4ea2e4c2393dfb Unlinking should be a last resort. That can be very damaging to your account.
Both of you should try contacting MS support to see if there's an issue with your game pass account. Please check with them to see if they have any ideas as to why this is happening.

I’m also having the same issue. Upgraded from Xbox game pass core to ultimate and get the exact same errors on Online Versus, CHEL, Three’s…anything online.

I should also mention I bought the game through preorder in September 2024. So I’m kind of frustrated EA / Microsoft. Can we figure this one out?
