I just hit 1,000 goals on be a pro on ps5. When i try to play my next game, i get a conversation with my coach and the game freezes completely when the handshake cutscene is over. I tried everything i could but i can't keep going, i'm always stuck at this scene.
This could be fixed easily if we could somehow skip the interviews when we sim the day
I lost another game i just started. It's not a question of corrupted files. There's a bug in be a pro when you hit some interviews. I'm looking at the posts from 2024 it's a issue that you guys don't fix.

If there is a save that is corrupted on your console or in the cloud, that's not something we can fix. We need to fix what is causing that file to be corrupted. In many cases though, it's due to shutting down the game or switching to a different game/app without saving and exiting.
Understood, however you have a clearly game-breaking issue in BAP that has been there for 2 years that is corrupting the save, that you are saying you "can't fix". You didn't even provide a solution for, yet you are marking it as "solved". Make it make sense Aljo
Community ManagerWe can't fix the corrupted save so the hope is that it downloads the save without the issue when deleting the locally saved data.
Can you please explain how that is a solution? You have a game breaking bug that causes corruption to a save file, one that has been present for both 24 and 25. And the only response is “we wont be able to fix this”. Thats a complete joke. Im sure you will ban me for even typing this.

It was perfectly fine with my Be a Pro until I hit the second round of the playoffs (like around November 23rd ish). Then when I press “Start Game”, my game crashes to the Home Screen every single time. I was a 91 OVR before this started so I grinded a lot. For this to occur without explanation is frustrating. I haven’t been able to play my Be a Pro for over 2 weeks now.
Community ManagerIt's possible your save could be lost. Normally, that will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen.
Does it erase everything on Be a Pro?
If it doesn’t then I will give it a try.
