Good luck... I've been dealing with this issue since late October. $$ down the drain and no remorse from the company. Praying someone else makes an NHL next year.
Community ManagerThere is remorse about this. I feel for each and every one of you with this issue and have passed along my own thoughts that we need to address this sooner than later. It's not up to me though. At this time, there are plans to fix it with the January update. I'm very disappointed with how long this is taking as many of you want to use your main account and not an alternate to play.
