NHL 25 POST LAUNCH STANDARD TRACKER

I tried to download NHL 25 on my PS5 and I can't do it cause it shows this 
downloads

I have the same issue only I was stupid and uninstalled the game but there is no way to reset the license in the ps5 now and I cannot download or install the game again to do it. 
I have an active ea play subscription.
