Community ManagerHello. Is your console in a well ventilated location with the vents free of any dust and debris?
I tried to move stuff around to make more room. It had some hair but I cleaned it. It is on top of a tv desk. It still shuts down.

Are you playing off the disk or did you get the digital version? Also, is it installed on the internal hard drive or are you using an external one?
I am having these exact same issues. I purchased digital edition & have had it since day 1.
It's has nothing to do with the console being well ventilated they need to fix there **bleep** game
