I unplugged my external drive. It didnt help.

Community ManagerI assume your game isn't installed on the external drive since you were able to play and have the game crash. Are you on a Series S or X?

When you did the factory reset, did you completely wipe your console or did you keep all the games/apps on it?
Complete wipe.
I just opened the xbox to clean inside. It was dusty. Let's see if that helps. Also saw the new patch.
