NHL crashes all the time, when playing. It either shuts down and go to the xbox menu or the xbox shuts completely.
I cleared all the cache, multiple times and even did a factory reset. It crashes about one game out of two. Unplayable.
Exact same issue here, cannot finish one game of eashl 6v6 without the game crashing. Reset MAC address, reinstalled game, cleared cache. Hard reset Xbox, and even cleaned my Xbox series x out in case of over heating. Only game that does it.
Please EA let’s address this problem.
I wish I knew a fix, this is my exact problem. It’s the only game that it happens with. So far no fix for me. Hbu?
Nothing yet, sometimes I can make it through a game. Not usually though. Really messing up my DNF stat haha

It's has nothing to do with the console being well ventilated they need to fix there **bleep** game
I tried to move stuff around to make more room. It had some hair but I cleaned it. It is on top of a tv desk. It still shuts down.
Community ManagerAre you playing off the disk or did you get the digital version? Also, is it installed on the internal hard drive or are you using an external one?
Crashes on be a pro whether it's on a new save or not. Console is not overheating, this is just another borked game from EA, and will be the last one I buy from this absolute garbage company
I’m having this same issue on PS5. I dont game share. Wired connection and never had this happen once in nhl 24. Has anyone heard of a fix?

Same issue here. Sometimes I get to play 1 game, sometimes 5 - but then I get kicked back to the XBOX home screen. I have cleared local games, cleared Alt Mac address, uninstalled the game, reset the console, etc.... everything I could find online to try, I have tried. I can play any other game for HOURS (COD, NFS, FIFA, etc) with no issue and no kicking.... only NHL 25 kicks me back to the home page - this has not happened with any other NHL game. This needs to be fixed - not only for this issue but the game overall, but this kicking to home screen and making my team play without me is a major issue.

I have kinda samea issue, after patch i played only hut (offline) and it crashed like time to time. That wasnt so frustating now cus i play offline and there are many matches to play this year.
I srarted bap, just before New patch, its crashing like grazy, today i played about 6 matches, and got 2 crashe's.
No fun, and all those games when it crashed i got like 2+1 or otherwise points on my bap on that game.
I shut off game optimizer on my lg c3 and it has never crashed since. Not sure the reason guessing one of these settings was not compatible with the game.
I am going to see if my TV currently using has this feature! Thank you for sharing this
I might check if there is such a thing on my TV, but I'm don't think I will do this troubleshooting with the game.
Spent too much time and energy on this. Started this thread 40 days ago and spent 30 minutes to more than an hour everyday until last week.

Never mind, it was good for weeks now it’s back crashing. I guess the game is just a dud

Yes ea needs to fix this just tried to play squad battles got third period game crashed there goes my xp and the objectives I completed so frustrating I've lost so xp cause it keeps crashing
