10 months agoHave you checked to make sure the game is up to date? Also, try clearing the system cache with these steps here. You also should try restoring your licenses with these instructions.

I have completed those and it has not resolved the issue at all.

Does this also happen if you sign in to a different PSN ID?

It happens on all accounts on my ps5, but only with nhl25, all other games and apps works as they should

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the game?
Also, I don't think using the disk is going to make a difference. The disk and digital version are identical.
