It happens on all accounts on my ps5, but only with nhl25, all other games and apps works as they should

8 months agoHave you tried deleting and reinstalling the game?
Also, I don't think using the disk is going to make a difference. The disk and digital version are identical.

Do you have a different console you can try? Also, have you contacted Sony support for more information on that error?

Only have the one console, I contacted EA support, but they couldn’t help, I will try Sony support.
