Still can’t play

It’s been 2 weeks almost still not being able to play the game without error codes in every mode

    I absolutely understand the frustration with this. It's a tricky issue and we're still working to get it resolved.

      Perhaps next year you should try the game before launch it? This is absolutely worst NHL in history. Sitting in lockerroom simulator. This all only because EA is so stupid and remove matchmaking settings from game. 

  • Experiencing similar issues. Not a single response from EA regarding it. Don’t expect a resolution anytime soon

    My friend try his psn-id with my ps5 and nhl25. That work. 

    So, my psn-id is broke?

    Hello, everyone. We are still investigating this issue and are having a hard time replicating it. We could use more information. Do any of you have multiple PSN IDs/Xbox gamertags connected to your accounts? Are you using shareplay/gameshare? Are there any child accounts linked to your EA account? Thank you.

      On my PlayStation on every account like alt accounts I use I get that same problem my brother who also plays on PlayStation has that problem but plays on Xbox just fine (he has both consoles) he shares the game off of me on PlayStation even when I try to play on alt accounts won’t let me same issue same error codes

  • None of the above  I've changed absolutely nothing inmy settings I tried to join a friend's club and haven't been able to play since  he and his son are facing the same issues

      Are you still in that club? If so, can you try leaving and see if you can play?

        Can confirm, it's the WOC team you're in that's the issue (at least for me, and two backup accounts I had). 

        I tried leaving with one account and now I can enter lobbies again. Real talk though, how on earth is it actually the team you're in... like genuinely how does that even happen??

  • errors in eashl regardless of what account they play on. All clubs and players have these errors.

    “Game configuration failed.

    The game suffered a configuration fail. Please try again.”

    and

    ”ERROR

  • and in versus through the game the following error appears:
