I agree with this sentiment. Pretty pitiful that this is only 'being looked into". It should have been fixed immediately.

Community ManagerI totally get the frustration! Unfortunately, the reality is that fixes aren't immediate. It takes time to create a fix, test it and release it. We also have to wait for a future patch. We don't do a single update for one issue. It will be part of a bigger patch that resolves multiple issues.
Totally get that. But what I don’t understand is how this can be a reoccurring issue every year on Xbox? And how EA can release a game without even knowing this feature for example isn’t working properly? Feels like someone in the dev team at least has tested the game on Xbox before release?
