Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Same here - also on PS5, as an EA Play subscriber.
Get error trying to open CHEL, or even just start an offline solo HUT Moment, after which game resets to launch screen.
Have tried uninstall/reinstall, but same issue.
