Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Hi there. Do you have an active EA Play subscription? If not, the free play trial was only active Feb 13th - 16th.

Same here ... Subscribe to a month of EA play yesterday to get the 10 hours try for NHL but unable to play online always get that error

    Is this happening the first time you try to launch the trial or did you get to play some?

        I believe this is related to an issue that is either resolved now or will be shortly. You may need to shut down NHL 25 and open it again. Probably good to just try it every 30 minutes or so.
