Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Community ManagerHi there. Do you have an active EA Play subscription? If not, the free play trial was only active Feb 13th - 16th.
Same thing here I played a little during the free play days then I bought a month of ea play to get the 10 hour trial and each time I load up it says; “Trial permissions could not be found for this user.” Which makes no sense because when I load up the game it shows I have less than 10 hours left on my ea trial. Please fix this
