Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Mine is an active playstation EA Play subscription, which works fine on College football trial.
I have not managed to play any games on NHL 25 trial and have received this message multiple times since installing last week. Feels like the free trial period has somehow messed up EA Play trial permissions, as I got this message during the "free trial" period, and am still getting it now.
It seems pretty obvious to me that the EA trial subscriptions got accidentally shut off when the free trial weekend ended. There’s no other explanation.
