Unable to connect to EA servers

In Michigan with WOW ISP - suddenly unable to connect to EA servers, have tried what I believe is everything . . Is this a WOW issue or an EA issue?

I’m in New Zealand and it the first time this has happened to me had the game 3 years and now I haven’t been able to play it in a week wondering if its my wifi or the Ea servers?

Hi there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
