Volume setting not saving. Have to adjust it every time I get on the game

I don't use a headset so the controller volume for me has to be turned down to 0/10 in the volume settings or else I hear all the game sounds like goal horn and goal celebration music coming out of m...

I took a picture of it for you. Its under settings/audio&visual settings/volume settings. I have to turn it down to 0/10. When I start the game again. It goes back to 10/10
