Volume setting not saving. Have to adjust it every time I get on the game

I don't use a headset so the controller volume for me has to be turned down to 0/10 in the volume settings or else I hear all the game sounds like goal horn and goal celebration music coming out of m...

Any word on this setting fix @EA_Alijo this is absolutely terrible from a coding perspective... Menu settings should not have to be adjusted every time we load into CHEL

    I have a video save on my ps5, who and how should I send it? It's the only setting that doesn't stay, also auto zoom stops working 50% of the time in periods 2 or 3. I turn it off then back on during 1st intermission and it stays working for the rest of the game

      Hello. We don't need a video as we're aware of this issue. I don't have an ETA on when it will be addressed though.
