I have the same issue as well, none of the contents of the packs i've opened from there (not 100% about packs from objectives either) exist anywhere. However i remember drawing a 82 overall Patrick Kane (that doesn't exist now) but looking in My Collection i can see that card is not greyed out, but i don't have it.
Sorted itself for me now, i guess waiting is the key here..
