4 of my last 7 games have ended with a game-caused disconnect.

Hi there. We're not aware of any issues currently that would cause this. Make sure you power cycle your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

Go back into your settings. Open network. And reestablish a new network connection. By that I mean. Open the set up Internet connection. And follow through from there. Connections periodically become unstable do to the load they have to handle. So resetting the connection from time to time, will keep your connection solid.

I have had a terrible time with the connection on Sept 4 but my problem is that for each & every time I am DISCONNECTED from PSN or EA while actively playing a HUT game is an automatic LOSS upon disconnecting, which is affecting my stats in a bad way. Other than those losses on my HUT record I have not lost a single game in NHL25 but the losses are not reflected as a 'loss due to disconnection from server' or similar stat without negatively affecting a players overall stats. 

Hey there. Unfortunately, anytime a disconnect occurs on your end, a loss will be given. This is to help prevent people from purposely disconnecting to avoid a loss.

The disconnect wasn't from my end according to the error displayed on screen ... You have been disconnected from the EA Server.....yhen click OK & back to NHL25 Home Screen. Yesterday it was a Playstation Store issue that was a huge issue for loading anything properly. HUT Single Player Leaderboards could not display usernames, only EA Player then dropped... When I seen the first error I immediately stopped playing games until it was stable again.

Now I have an issue with the Auction House. Why when I am in a bidding war & can actually win the card I was bidding on it shows up in the Unsuccessful Bids list AND I also get the same card in the Bids Won list. Is this normal or something else which needs attention?

During your bidding. If you had to up your bid. Your original bid will show up on the unsuccessful bid list. That is probably why it remains there. As long as you got your card in the end. Is what matters the most. Perhaps in the future.EA  can look into this and adjust it accordingly.

Sorry to say that I wasn't sure if you were correct with this one but it wasn't the way it worked out lol...

After going back to check if that was the reason but it wasn't. It doesn't matter what the price is for item but it still shows the card in both places that I mentioned until I take the card from the inbox. It's still shows the card on the Unsuccessful Bids list tho

Obviously another oversight problem by the game. I checked out your situation by bidding on a card. I had to rebid twice. However. After I won the card. It did show up on unsuccessful bids as well. The problems this game has encountered this year is baffling. Chalk it up to another EA glitch. Glad you got your card. Or that would have been a problem all onto itself, if you hadn't.
