What’s the point of adding 99 speed cards when they get cooked with full energy?

The speed ratings are not true to form. A video was sent in last year with the same complaint, that a superior speed rated player, couldn't catch an inferior rated one. They asked for video. And the video proved too be true. I use to think that the only 3 ratings that could be judged to be somewhat accurate. Were acceleration, speed, and endurance. I am now doubtful that even those are accurate. The consensus was, that the AI ratings exceeded the so called rating. I am in the belief that it is now evident.

So ice tilt does exist? Explains how sometimes my cards are faster than everyone and sometimes they can’t beat 85 Chara down the boards. 

No. It doesn't exist. You're welcome to get a video of it though. The one that was provided never proved there's ice tilt. It's also the one single video in the near 10 years people have been sending this in where the was potentially an issue. One that could also be explained as a bug for that particular player rather than any kind of ice tilt.
