Height and Weight Impact

Does anyone know the impact that height and weight have IN game? I know they obviously affect certain attributes like speed, strength, etc. out of game, but do they also play apart in the actual game?

For instance, would a 6'5" 220lb player with 99 speed be as fast as a 5'9" 160lb player with 99 speed? Would that 5'9" player with 90 balance resist hits the same as the 6'5" player with 90 balance?

The answer should be that only attributes matter in game, but the actual gameplay feels otherwise. I just wanted to confirm if anyone has any facts on this and to see how much it really impacts gameplay.
