How to increase acceleration stat in NHL 26 be a pro?

Currently I’ve maxed out my acceleration trait and Im not understanding how to increase acceleration stat in-game in BAP. Some of the in-game stat increases are obvious, for example scoring goals...

Same for agility… I’m maxed out trait tree and there is no way to get it above 90 (thus whenever I’m not at peak health I lose my all star xfactor)… this is incredibly flawed unless I’m missing something
