How to increase acceleration stat in NHL 26 be a pro?

Currently I’ve maxed out my acceleration trait and Im not understanding how to increase acceleration stat in-game in BAP.   Some of the in-game stat increases are obvious, for example scoring goals...

This worked for speed but not acceleration. Acceleration is still maxing at 92 without 5% boost from health

    That’s where it should be. When you get peak bonus you should be right at 96 acc
