How to increase acceleration stat in NHL 26 be a pro?

Currently I’ve maxed out my acceleration trait and Im not understanding how to increase acceleration stat in-game in BAP.   Some of the in-game stat increases are obvious, for example scoring goals...

Hmm well the problem is then If you play one game it automatically unequips red wheels because your health isn’t maxed. That’s dumb.
