You take a block off the chest for it to wind up on another players stick and go top shelf. You poke it goes to the next guy on off.
This happens due to player positioning and attribute scores. Pucks aren't forced to end up on an opposing player's stick.
This game is broken and has little to no redeeming qualities. I had a 5 on 3 yesterday where my team was gassed on the powerplay and got a shorty scored on them by the opposing team being at full stam. I shut it off immediately.
Can you tell me how this is broken? It would be best to see video. If you're under full pressure, not managing energy well or give up a bad turnover, a SH 5 on 3 goal is certainly possible.
I dont have enough space. You read the comments, how would you think its top notch? And don't sit there and patronize like you dont know and need supporting video. This a forum not YouTube. I shouldn't have to submit a video everytime theres an issue. Theres not enough RAM on any machine to take all those captures

You're claiming something in the game is broken. The community manager is asking for you to provide a video in an effort to identify a potential issue. It's actually a good thing that the game developer wants more information about the issue you're having.
I'm not claiming something in game is broken. Im claiming the game itself is and has been broken for some time and every time theres an update something gets worse.
The overall quality has diminished extensively yoy and has shown no signs improvement in any areas. Not 1. I'm ready to quit playing and buying altogether and have been a customer since Sega.
If you need video validation i'll gladly get to work compiling for you but find it extremely frustrating that this is what its resorted to. I mean how much video do you need to have to know youre failing? How many have been submitted?
After submitting video whats the best possible time range for having that fixed or removed? When does the video submission turn into results?
I mean really, you have whole channels on social dedicated to this. How many videos you have? You dont even let people review it on Google any longer and theres a glitch that you cant review on PS either.

Often times, video clips showcase areas where the player can get better and not necessarily a fault with the game. Other times, clips do show faults with the game. In both scenarios, everyone wins because either the user (and the community) is more informed about a particular mechanic, or something is actually broken and the video can provide developers with insight into the logic at play.

Not every video submission requires 'results'. Often times, it's just an adjustment on the part of the user. Again, if an actual bug or error is evidenced, the timelines on those fixes vary.
