why is Jacob Fowler not in the game ?

It's almost december and fowler is still not in the game... good old EA not giving a ... about franchise mode

AHL players have to sign a waiver through their union (the PHPA).

The players and the union currently don't have a CBA and are playing without one. I'm thinking this might be why there's such a major delay in updating the AHL rosters because EA usually does it in early November once the AHL season starts. I hope I'm wrong about this because if not, we might not get a roster update for awhile or even this season.

Hopefully Fowler gets a call up soon. I believe once he's played one game in the NHL he'd be a member of their union (the NHLPA) and could be added under that agreement.

None of this games were without AHL updates. I guess nothing to do with this CBA contracts cause this players have it now. About late ( last year was Nov 20th ) ..... that this team take no time to do it. Their main priority after release is to create online things.

  I'm not sure what exactly you're saying. EA usually updates the AHL and ECHL in November. I thought it was a little earlier than Nov 20 but you're probably right. Either way it seems late this year and I'm speculating the lack of a CBA in those leagues might be why. Here's the link from an article written about a week ago. Maybe they've agreed to a deal since then, but I couldn't find anything online.
