While we don't guarantee there's going to be a roster update every 2 weeks, that's normally about when they're released. You can look at the previous updates to see how often they come out.

During the season, its usually close to a weekly roster update. However. That may very depending on player movement. So to be on the safe side. Say every one to two weeks.

I know they are updated during the season, but I was wondering how often they are updated, every week or when there is a player transfer or substitution.
