Unable to find matches & game configuration error

Hi All! — I’ve been able to find full lobbies in WoC, but unable to find any matches. It seems like the match making in recent years has been tough. Granted, I’m searching in the middle of the day, but I’ve also encountered countless game configuration errors. Just thought I would get everyone’s thoughts and bring attention to this issue.
