Apologies on behalf of the people arguing with you for sharing information to us.

Assuming for the player headshots, it needs to go through a ton of hoops for approvals and go through some legality agreements?

A great fix for this issue would be to just have the players headshots generated with their in-game model, like in Be A Pro. I know that's been asked of EA for nearly a decade, but it's got to be something they can think about adding.

Any news on the menu lag? It seems to be worse than last game.

Yes. Adding headshots is not the simple process that many think it is.

Can you get me a video of the menu lag so I can get that reported?
