We had patches for the first several months of 25. Chances are good there are going to be multiple patches for 26. Unfortunately, we can't just fix everything everyone is asking for within the first few weeks after the game launches. These issues also aren't exactly the quick and easy fixes. They take time to reproduce, develop a resolution, test and balance each one, then release it. Unless something is critical that is causing the game not to be able to be played, we're not going to release a one off patch to fix something. Patches normally cover a collection of issues.
When I say something is being investigated, that's what's happening. There is no ETA for fixing every issue. We have to reproduce it first and then figure out what's causing it. So, when someone says how long is it going to take to fix something, we can't estimate that. A good example is the current crashing issue with some Xbox players. We haven't been able to reproduce that so we can't say when it's going to be addressed.
We will make an announcement a patch is coming normally the day before. We don't do this sooner because it's not unusual to have an update delayed at the last minute. Rather than disappoint everyone by not releasing an announced update, we wait until we're sure it's happening before saying so.
How is matchmaking broken for you? I don't see that many reports on it not working. My own club has had no problems finding matches. That doesn't mean it's perfectly working, but I'm curious. And let's be clear, not having the filter for matching room size doesn't mean matchmaking is broken.
Why are you using your limited resources on things that no one has complained about?
And very important issues that are constantly being complained about, such as penalties have still not been fixed.
Very little has been fixed because we haven't released the first big update yet.
