1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

• What platform are you on?
• When is the crash happening?
• What is the error you're seeing?

Ps5, The game crashing when someone do goal or a penalty the loading screen freeze no error code 

Do you have a email i cant put the video of the game when is crashing a got a 3 min video

It sounds like you might be on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

I try on wire to its do the same thing  i very try everything. 

I even restarted my ps5 at zero, its the only game its doing that
