Back up Glitches amd not enough saves for Franchise mode

So i had my first franchise with the flames and it had one back up, as you can see in the first picture then i made a second franchise with a create team the Halifax Pirates as you can see in the second picture and as you can see in the second picture my Halifax team has the original but has 3 back ups and deleted my other franchise with the flames, it only allows me to have 4 saved at once and only with one franchise at a time. The more i go into my season it keep going back ups and deleting my other ones. This doesn't see right, for one you should need backups and you should be able to save more the 4 of anything at once.
