That's what the game look like on series s if you have allow 4k enabled. It upscales it to that. You can use 1080 or 1440p and it will look better

Thanks. Have calibrated the HDR on your console? Also, are you using the HDMI cable that came with your console?

My settings are still the same. I tried everything but it's not the settings because I only have this problem with nhl 26, I haven't noticed this problem with other games. I even play the new Madden 26, which looks fantastic graphically even on my S.

I understand your settings are the same, but did you specifically calibrate the HDR? Also, did you try 1440p is JustAGamerOwO​ mentioned?

I'm not seeing other reports of this yet so we're going to have to try to troubleshoot this.

My monitor doesn't support 1440. Hdr is fine. I asked on a facebook group and some people have the same problem even on ps5 pro or xbox series X.

Do you have a TV you can try it on just to see if there's a difference? I'm wondering why we get so few reports of this. It might be related to the TV/monitor.
