I’ve tried everything I play NHL 26 and I can’t get into World of Chel but I can get into every other mode I have tried to clear everything and turn the internet off nothing works I was playing just fine the other night then this happened. Error codes show up that say cannot retrieve inventory at this time and I’m just trying to play Chel
Was working fine until today. I can no longer get into world of chel. Every time I get in, I am getting one of two errors. See attachments. I have tried power cycling my console, restarting the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, restarting my modem, deleting my local save data, and still no success.
One error that I am getting says Cannot retrieve inventory from server at this time and the other is attached below.
Community ManagerHey there. Let's make sure a full power cycle of your console and modem/router happens. Please try these steps:
Let me know what happens. Thanks!
I have completed the steps above again just now and am still receiving the inventory error. I have also ensured the most recent roster is downloaded and selected.
Community ManagerThanks. Next, try clearing the cache and rebuilding the database with these instructions. Also, restore your licenses. Those steps are here.
Still no luck after rebuilding database, clearing cache and restoring license.
Community ManagerCan you send me a private message with your XBOX gamertag/PSN ID? I'll see if we can take a look at your account. Are you planning on staying on 26 or will you be moving to 27?
Community ManagerHi there. Can you send me a private message with your XBOX gamertag? Also, can you get me a screenshot of the error(s) you're seeing? Thanks!
How do I send a private message I’ve never had to do this
Community ManagerJust click on my name and hit the button on the right that says "Message". Thanks!
