Cards gets missing in HUT

Question

So as I finished several objectives in HUT (Early Access in XP Season and Fresh Ice in Events) and claimed these rewards, I noticed that these did not go to my collection.

The reason why I am absolutely sure of this is that while completing all objectives for Fresh Ice you were supposed to get Luke Evangelista (rating 81). I got him and lots of other collectibles as well as other rewards in my Item Inbox and sent all to my collection. However, none of these rewards ended up in my collection. I am also unsure when it comes to the packs that I opened but I could swear that I had cards with higher ratings.

What would be next step to get these cards back?

I highly appreciate any help I can get!

Update: It seems that all cards have turned up, however, I cant be sure since I do not remember all rewards :(I got Luke back at least, and some collectibles... hope this does not happen again.

None of the event cards I'm unlocking are going into my collection either

Hello. Are you searching your collection or are you looking at a specific collection? Items don't show as owned when looking at a collection, but you should be able to hit Y/Triangle to search for them.
