We have paid for product (nhl points we can’t use) because you’ve closed the store prematurely. This is ridiculous and leads me to not purchase 26.

this dev team has completely taken us for granted, and literally promised a game without providing it to cloud users.
Community ManagerWhere did we advertise NHL 26 was going to be available for cloud gaming at launch? For the past 2 years, the game moved to cloud gaming in the Spring when it was released for Game Pass. We have never said it would be available on cloud gaming at launch.
Hi Aljo, I’d really appreciate a comment to the route of this thread.
Can we get the store opened up so we can use our coins and NHL points. Closing it before the season is done and next game is even released is inconsiderate to the user base.
Community ManagerUnfortunately, the CHEL items are no longer purchasable. You can still get the NHL, PWHL and International items. I'll pass on the feedback for you, but I don't anticipate the full store opening up again.
How about the important ones like the ones that take NHL Points that we paid for and were earned while the season was still active?You sell us a currency and then remove the items to spend it on while the game is still active? Disgusting
