Constant Crashing

I've had digital version of the game since launch and my Xbox is clear of any dust and heat. I cannot play online for more than few games before it crashes and game shuts down or freezes between periods. EA has done nothing to resolve this issue. I've not had a single other game do this constantly too me. I'm hardwired with gigabit fibre Internet. Honestly at this point EA needs to start refunds. I've attached a picture of where my game is stuck on again. I love taking losses in games due to a crappy live service
