Controlling the player character is not working

Hey, has anyone else noticed that when playing, guys just stay in place out of nowhere even though there's a puck on the platform and then they automatically protect the puck with their sticks?I trie...

Hi there i am having this same issue. Ive uninstalled the game, used multiple controllers, changed controller settings and nothing is working. Ive power cycled too. Ive lost/had to quit about 7 games in a row now
