Crashing to dashboard on Xbox in NHL 26

Hey, everyone. I'll get this reported. If it's like the previous years though, we have never been able to reproduce this. In the instances it was resolved, one person used a fan to provide extra cooling and the other purchased a new console. My best advice, until we can find what is causing this, is to open your console and clear out any dust/debris. I did this on my own day one Series X recently and it made a huge difference.

In no way am I saying this is the reason for the crashes. It's always possible this is game related. Unfortunately, with so few reports and no way to reproduce it, we haven't found what is causing this.

If you watch the video I posted in one of my replys you can see it freezes and then kicks you out of the game back dashboard

Why would anyone buy a new console when its only ea games that do this every other game i have installed regardless if its on internal or external storage does not crash anywhere near as much as ea titles
