Hey there. Can you and your friend ensure your consoles aren't overheating? That is the common cause for this. Your Xbox needs to be in a well ventilated area. Also, if you've had it for more than a year, chances are good there's a fair amount of dust and debris inside. I'd recommend watching some YouTube videos on cleaning them out. I did this recently on my own and it made a huge difference. I had no idea how much dirt had built up over the last few years.

Regardless, we're not ruling out any issues with the game. There are always a small amount of reports of this, but we've never been able to reproduce it.

I appreciate your reply; my Xbox is situated on an aftermarket fan with covers on all open areas to prevent dust build up AND I have manually cleaned it as well. I'm not sure about whether my friend has ever opened up his xBox but will advise him to do so. The thing is, it does not happen with other games, which is why we come to the website for solutions. Thanks again!
