It is beyond frustrating ea refuses to fix this problem so many are having.

Hi there. I most definitely understand how frustrating this is. There's no denying that. However, it's not a problem we're refusing to fix. We haven't been able to make it happen. Without reproducing it, we can't come up with a fix. Hopefully, this will eventually happen so we can find out what's causing the crashing and get it addressed.

I concur with braydonn Madden was having this issue in 2023/2024 and they found a fix for the same exact problem. NCAA was having the same issue upon release and the problem was resolved within one month of release.
