Disconnects since Friday and now retrieval code error

On Saturday, I tried to play hockey and I was disconnected seven times, I am wired, I rebuilt my database, I’ve cleared my cachet, and still was disconnected… I’m not played in a couple days, figure...

Can you get a video of the crash? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling NHL 26? Possibly, a factory reset of your console will help.
