Failed to retrieve data... ERROR CODE: 9D529E1FE2CCB328 Only in World of CHEL

I'm getting this freaking error every time I try to play any game of any kind within the WOC. It started out when I was going back into ProAm to play and now I'm getting the error no matter what kinda match I try to start in CHEL. Please help EA forum mods or whoever. I've tried all the standard to troubleshooting steps and am at a loss.

    Hey there. Did you happen to make any changes right before this started happening? Jersey, loadouts, etc.

    ​Restore Licenses: (On PlayStation) Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses. This often fixes "Failed to retrieve data" errors related to digital content.

    ​Network Refresh: Restart your router. EA Sports titles are highly sensitive to "packet loss," which can cause these specific data errors even if your internet seems fine otherwise.
