Fix quick draw and elite edges in the opponents zone

All year long this bug has been a massive game breaking issue that can cost you goals, if you have quick draw on a center and you win it back clean in your opponent's zone to your defenseman who has elite edges on, the D man has a seizure at the blue line, you cant control him and he goes offside almost every time.
