Fresh Ice collectable set disappearing

I am having a bug where if I go into the Fresh Ice sets and click on Fresh Ice collectable set it just disappears. If I click B it pops back up but when I click on it to open the set it just disappears again.  Please resolve there’s only 4 days left on the set!
