Froze in the celebration choices in BAP and Connection issues for HUT

The game wouldn't let me change my choice for the goal celebration in be a pro. Watched a few different options and then went to select one and couldn't do it, then I couldn't back out of the menu to just straight through to start BAP. Also can't properly connect to HUT without having to wait like 10 minutes just for it to tell me something went wrong.
