Game Crashing Back to Xbox Dashboard when I try to save a created Team

Every time I try to save a new created team the game crashes back to the Xbox Dashboard. I can edit and save a new created team but cannot create a new one. I deleted a bunch of created teams to see ...

I clicked “Delete from Console” and that did not work. Do I need to click “Delete from Everywhere”?

No. Don't do that since it will delete the team and it won't be recoverable.

Are you always creating the same team with the same players?
