Game freezes in franchise mode

good day EA even after today's update 1.10.2025 version 1.1.2 in franchise mode the game froze on the main menu in November and doesn't respond to anything. please fix it as soon as possible. The game cost 110€ Ultimade edition and for this I paid that it will freeze ?? how important is it that it will still freeze in franchise mode in November ?? I hope for the fastest update that will fix it I'm sending a screen from the game
