Game keeps crashing

Same here. It started with the trial, but I figured that was a trial glitch. Purchased the full game and it’s still occurring. I’ve power cycled my Xbox, re-installed the game, but neither has helped it

so here is the deal on this issue, its something that EA says they can't even reproduce the issue. It is across every single EA Sports game...FC26, Madden 26, CFB26, NHL 26. Every single one crashes at random back to the dashboard all the time. EA has indicated that their dev teams supposedly can't reproduce it (even though it has been 2 months). I will try and tag you both in the forum related to this issue. Or you can click on my profile and see the threads I have commented on. It is a BIG problem

Yes I have tried all these as well. Opened Xbox cleaned it, moved game from external to internal hardrive, cleared the cache 1 million times. Nothing I tried worked. It has to be a software glitch or a hardware failure, two things I’m not capable of testing or doing. 

Ok I did not know this. NHL 26 is the first EA game I have played in 5 years. Imagine my surprise playing on the Xbox series X for 5 years and only having games crash very rarely. Then one day I purchase NHL 26 and the game has crashed  every single day multiple times.

Still crashes at random. All other games work fine, no problem. What a waste of money. Complete fraudulent business practices. 

EA_Aljo​ How has the game crashing bug/glitch not been fixed yet? I spent money on a product that should work.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you why this happens. We've never been able to reproduce it.

I just don’t believe you, I’m able to reproduce this crashing multiple times a day In HUT and be a pro. 

It hasn’t even been half an hour and it’s happened again.
